Matt is a partner within Deloitte’s Consulting practice. Matt supports client’s with their commerce and digital challenges to establish large digital infrastructures. He has deep expertise in establishing digital strategies for organisations that have large digital operations but have gone on to extend their product range to bring the capability of the internet to their product. i.e. IoT.  Bringing these products into the digital ecosystem has both empowered the product’s capability and given numerous commerce, community and service opportunities. IoT enlarges the digital ecosystem, it requires a new type of thinking on infrastructure, content, service design and product design.
