As a member of the innovation team I Initiated the use of Virtual Reality for Thomas Cook Group, a world first by a Tour Operator. I delivered an initial pilot in the UK retail store using the earliest version of Oculus. I then progressed the project with VR experiences for Thomas Cook customers through both retail stores (UK, Germany and Belgium) and a Google Cardboard app, Thomas Cook Holiday 360.
