Doug is currently General Manager, Customer Experience for TUI GROUP. He is responsible for the development of Thomson’s in house cruise product and oversees the delivery of this on board the fleet of five ships including the award winning TUI Discovery. He was previously responsible for retail transformation and customer experience development across Thomson’s 630 shop network and delivered a fundamental step-change to the travel agent business. His work has included design, concept development and service strategies and the integration of technology to deliver service (and business) improvements.
