Ed has over 15 years’ experience as professional within Customer Data, Insight, CRM, Targeting and Marketing Technology.    Currently working as Director – Global Customer Insights & Analytics (GCIA) for Walmart US, defining capabilities using Customer Data – and how this can be used across the business.  This is an exciting area for the world’s largest retailer as retail goes through a fascinating revolution of using data and technology to meet changing customer needs and expectations.  

Prior to this, Ed was at Asda for 8 years and responsible for the Customer Data and building the Asda Single Customer View.    Remit also included leading Marketing Effectiveness for one of the UKs largest advertising and building capability for Marketing Mix Modelling, Test & Control and digital attribution.
